Pork Tenderloin with Paprika Spice Rub

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 ounces)

1 tablespoon Paprika Spice Blend
1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
Cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 500°.

2. Rub Paprika Spice Blend over pork. Place pork in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 500° for 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155°.
