We did pretty well with the menu last week. It feels so good to be back in the kitchen, I can’t even tell you how good it feels! I didn’t get around to the pot pie (we had a chicken malfunction!) so that will be back on the menu this week. Also two macaroni dishes because we have an ABUNDANCE of cooked macaroni! I made mac & cheese for our pumpkin carving party and my sweet husband (who was genuinely helping) made the entire GIANT box when I only needed 4 cups! Oops! So we’ll make use of that this week as well. What’s cooking at your house!?

Well last week I didn’t get to 4 of my dishes due to exhaustion (I might as well be preggo like you!!). So this week we are having slaw dogs with baked beans, chicken enchilada casserole, spaghetti with turkey sausage sauce and sauteed zuc., and beef tips with shrooms over egg noodles.
