Last week, I didn’t cook much and boy did we eat a lot of random food! So I’m back to the kitchen this week!
Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps, celery and carrot sticks (and I’m also going to attempt to make myself some dairy-free Ranch Dressing.)
Monday: Slow-cooker Pork Chops with Apples, egg noodles, steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Ginger Chicken, Brown Rice, Steamed vegetables
Wednesday: Taco Salads
Thursday: Spaghetti with Beef Meatballs, salad
Friday: Dinner Out
